The extremely spacious carpeted Sitting room has a beamed ceiling and is attractively decorated. The unusual brick fireplace with gas “coal burner effect fire” is a delightful focal point of the room. Farming memorabilia of days gone by adorn the walls and make an interesting focus as you relax in the comfortable three-seated sofa, two-seater sofa or armchair. This room has a colour television and video/DVD. Local tourism information on places to eat, drink and enjoy yourselves is available for you, in a folder under the coffee table.

French doors lead out onto your own patio and barbecue area where you can relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of life in a wonderful place to stay.

In this cottage there is a Downstairs Toilet. This room is fitted out to a very high standard with tiled floor, tiled walls and a wash hand basin. The gas central heating boiler is also situated here.

The wooden stairs to the First Floor have a handrail on the right hand side and a wooden gate at the top, which is normally hooked back but can be used for child safety when needed.

There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, all furnished with locally crafted pine furniture and fitted carpets. The beds in this cottage are fitted with headboards but do not have footboards so are very suited to the taller person. Extra light switches are situated by the bed to control the main lights.

The King-size Bedroom has an En-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin vanity unit. The attractive drapes behind the 5-foot bed give that extra feeling of luxury to the room. There are bedside lamps on small chests each side of the bed and a radio alarm clock is provided in case you need an early morning call during your stay. There is a large pine wardrobe and a glass-topped dressing table, which has draws and a separate mirror. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience. An upholstered stool complements the curtains and drapes of the bed.

The Twin Bedroom has two bedside lamps and a freestanding mirror on a chest of draws between the two single beds. A small curtained fixed window permits lovely views of the swimming pool and its surrounding area while the other window opens into the passage of the archway between Purlin Barn and Pantiles Barn. A pine wardrobe compliments the other furniture.

Second Twin bedroom has a small chest of draws with a bedside lamp between the two single beds. A wardrobe stands next to the glass-topped dressing table, which has draws down one side and its own free standing mirror, a table lamp for extra lighting if required and an upholstered stool.
